Ahlan is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites. Use at your own risk and review their terms and privacy policies.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ahlan from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or costs arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any law.
Ahlan may revise these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of California courts.
Ahlan's Maximum Liability: In no event shall Ahlan's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $500, whichever is less.

NO CLASS ACTIONS: You agree that any dispute with Ahlan must be resolved on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, representative actions, or collective proceedings.
Each dispute shall be handled separately by individual arbitration. This means you cannot bring a claim on behalf of other users, and Ahlan cannot bring a collective claim against you.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ahlan. Previous agreements are superseded.
You are solely responsible for everything you type, upload, record, transmit, translate, generate, or otherwise submit through Ahlan (collectively, “User Content”), including its legality, accuracy, permissions, and consequences. You must not submit content unless you have all rights, notices, and consents required by applicable law.
Ahlan does not endorse, verify, guarantee, monitor, or assume responsibility for User Content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ahlan, its owners, affiliates, contractors, licensors, service providers, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, and expenses arising from User Content or your use of the Service.
Translations, captions, transcriptions, summaries, suggestions, and other automated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, offensive, or unsuitable. You must independently review outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, employment, immigration, education, medical, safety, or other high-impact decisions.
Ahlan is not a healthcare provider, medical device, emergency service, interpreter of record, or substitute for a qualified professional. Do not use Ahlan for emergencies, diagnosis, treatment, medication decisions, or urgent safety communications. Contact local emergency services or an appropriately qualified professional instead.
You are responsible for complying with the laws of the country where you access or use Ahlan, including privacy, recording, consent, consumer-protection, export-control, sanctions, accessibility, and communications laws. You must obtain every participant’s consent before recording, transcribing, translating, or sharing a call where required.
Ahlan is not directed to children under 13. Users under the applicable age of majority may use the Service only with legally valid parental or guardian consent and supervision. We may request verification or remove accounts that do not meet these requirements.
Internet communications, video calls, translations, third-party infrastructure, and automated systems can fail or be interrupted. You accept the risk of outages, lost or delayed communications, unauthorized access despite reasonable safeguards, and compatibility limitations. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
