1. PURPOSE
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines prohibited conduct on Ahlan. Violations may result in warnings, account suspension, or permanent termination without refund.
2. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
2.1 Illegal Activity
- Using the Service to commit fraud, hacking, or other crimes
- Money laundering or financing illegal activities
- Facilitating human trafficking or exploitation
- Drug trafficking or illegal weapons sales
2.2 Harassment & Abuse
- Threatening violence against individuals or groups
- Sexual harassment, stalking, or doxxing
- Hate speech based on protected characteristics
- Repeated unwanted contact after being asked to stop
- Coordinated abuse campaigns
2.3 Intellectual Property Violations
- Uploading copyrighted content without permission
- Distributing pirated software or media
- Trademark counterfeiting or brand impersonation
- Selling stolen digital goods
2.4 Security Violations
- Attempting unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Distributing malware, viruses, or ransomware
- Running automated bots or scrapers
- DDoS attacks or network interference
- Bypassing security measures or authentication
2.5 Spam & Manipulation
- Unsolicited bulk messages or solicitation
- Phishing, scams, or deceptive practices
- Manipulating rankings or engagement through artificial means
- Creating fake accounts for deception
2.6 Explicit Content
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - ZERO TOLERANCE, reported to NCMEC
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (deepfakes, revenge porn)
- Solicitation for sexual services
2.7 Dangerous Information
- Instructions for weapons, explosives, or poisons
- Promotion of self-harm or suicide methods
- Glorification of violence or terrorism
3. ENFORCEMENT & CONSEQUENCES
- Warning: First violation - email warning explaining the issue
- Temporary Suspension: 7-30 days for repeated violations
- Permanent Suspension: Severe violations (CSAM, threats, hacking)
- Refund Policy: No refunds for suspensions due to policy violations
- Law Enforcement: Illegal activity reported to authorities
4. APPEALS PROCESS
- Submit appeal to legal@ahlan.app within 14 days of suspension
- Include explanation of why you believe the suspension was in error
- Provide evidence if applicable
- Review completed within 7 business days
- Final decision is binding
5. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Ahlan is not liable for user-generated content on the platform. While we monitor for violations, we cannot guarantee the Service is violation-free. Users assume all responsibility for their use and interactions.
