2. Geo-Blocking Enforcement

Ahlan implements the following measures:

• IP geolocation blocking for sanctioned countries
• VPN/Proxy detection to prevent circumvention
• User location verification at account creation
• Monitoring for suspicious access patterns from restricted regions
• Automatic account suspension if sanctions violation detected

3. User Obligations

By using Ahlan, you certify that:

• You are not located in a sanctioned country
• You are not a person or entity on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List
• You are not using Ahlan to facilitate transactions with sanctioned countries
• You are not using Ahlan to communicate with sanctioned persons/entities
• You will not re-export Ahlan technology to restricted users

If you are a national of a sanctioned country:

• You cannot use Ahlan (regardless of where you are located)
• Violations may result in criminal prosecution
• We will report violations to appropriate authorities
• Your account will be permanently terminated
