Pricing structure
Custom quote
Business pricing is customized based on the number of users, translation volume, participant limits, storage needs, support requirements, and any onboarding or workspace configuration requested. Ahlan will confirm the final recurring price, billing cadence, taxes, and contract terms in a written quote before payment.

Quote and billing process
- Contact sales with your expected team size, languages, call volume, and support needs.
- Ahlan reviews the requirements and confirms available capacity and configuration.
- You receive a written quote describing the plan, price, billing cadence, taxes, limits, and service terms.
- After approval, payment is processed through Paddle using the applicable checkout or invoicing flow.
Cancellation and refunds
Business cancellation and refund terms are governed by the written quote or service agreement. Unless those terms state otherwise, the public Refund Policy and Payment Terms apply. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method.
